The quills are whole sticks of Alba Grade Ceylon cinnamon, thin and delicate with a naturally sweet flavour. The powder is the same cinnamon finely ground, with no additives or preservatives. The sugar blends Premium Ceylon cinnamon with Australian raw sugar, and the honey is pure Australian honey infused with cinnamon powder.
