What nobody can copy

We did not invent Ceylon Cinnamon. We invented drinking it.

Anyone can buy Alba-grade. Almost nobody keeps it.

Alba is the finest grade of Ceylon Cinnamon — the thinnest, sweetest quills a tree gives. For a century it has left Sri Lanka as export stock, graded for someone else’s label. We grow it, and we keep it.

Our standards, credentials and partners →

01

We keep the Alba grade

Our finest quills do not leave as bulk export. They go into our own tins, under our own name, at the grade we picked them at.

02

101 years, four generations

One family plantation in southern Sri Lanka. Not a supplier relationship — our own land, our own peelers, for 101 years.

03

It flies. It never sails.

Every kilo is airfreighted from the estate and hand-packed in Melbourne. Seven to ten days from farm to jar, so nothing needs preserving.

04

We built the ritual

Cinnamon was a baking spice. We made it a cup — four brews, the grades, the steeping times and the habit that goes with them.

Buying direct

Why order from us.

Every order is packed by the family that grows it.

  • Free standard shipping over AUD 49. Free express over AUD 99. Worldwide for an AUD 25 flat rate.
  • 7–10 days from farm to jar. Our own Alba-grade quills, peeled on our estate and airfreighted — never sea freighted — then hand-packed in Melbourne. Sea freight takes months. We do not use it.
  • Nothing added, because nothing is needed. No preservatives, no additives, no anti-caking agents. Cinnamon that reaches you this quickly does not need them.
  • Single origin, fully traceable. One family plantation, 101 years, four generations, no blending.
  • Dispatched fast. Orders before 11am go out the next day.
