🌿 Our Sourcing Story Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried, then airfreighted to Melbourne, where every order is hand-packed. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
