Before you enquire
How is trade pricing set?
Trade pricing depends on the products, formats and volumes you need. Send an enquiry and we'll reply with a proposal.
Can we try the products first?
Yes. Cafés receive a starter kit with a menu pack, retail starter display and staff brewing guide, and other businesses can request samples.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums depend on the format and whether the order is custom. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we'll recommend the right starting order.
Where do orders ship from?
Our cinnamon is airfreighted from the family plantation to Melbourne in 7–10 days, then hand-packed and dispatched from our Melbourne HQ. We ship Australia-wide and worldwide.
Can you brand products for our business?
For corporate and guest gifting, we can add your logo to the ribbon, sleeve and card. For other custom work, include the details in your enquiry.
