Why we can say premium
We grow it. We do not just sell it.
Three facts sit behind everything in this store, and none of them is available to a reseller.
We keep the Alba grade
Alba is the finest grade of Ceylon Cinnamon. The industry ships it out as bulk export stock for someone else’s label. Ours stays with us.
101 years, four generations
One family plantation in southern Sri Lanka. Our own land and our own peelers, not a broker.
It flies. It never sails.
Airfreighted from the estate and hand-packed in Melbourne. Sea freight is cheaper and takes months. We do not use it.
