The Auburn Alba Brew is pure Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon flakes and nothing else. Naturally sweet, delicate and caffeine-free, it's our signature single-ingredient brew. The same flakes as our loose-leaf tin and glass jar, in a larger pack to refill them. Seal-packed to lock in freshness.
Serving: 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup
How to brew: Steep in boiling water (100°C) for 3-5 minutes, then strain.

Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried and flaked, then airfreighted to Melbourne, where every order is hand-packed. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
