The Auburn Cinnamon Powder is finely ground Alba Grade Ceylon Cinnamon, the finest grade of Ceylon Cinnamon: smooth, warm and aromatic. This is the same powder as our 90g pack, in larger sizes for everyday use, baking and entertaining. It's seal-packed for freshness.

🌿 Our Sourcing Story
Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried and ground without heat, then airfreighted to Melbourne, where every order is hand-packed. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
