The Auburn Cinnamon Sugar is a simple blend of Premium Ceylon Cinnamon and Australian raw sugar: naturally sweet, warm and aromatic. The same blend as our 200g pack, in larger sizes for the kitchen, baking and entertaining.

How to use: Sprinkle over toast, porridge, cereal, pancakes, coffee or hot chocolate, or bake it into cakes, muffins and cinnamon scrolls.

🌿 Our Sourcing Story
Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried and ground without heat, then airfreighted to Melbourne, where every order is hand-packed. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
