The Auburn Golden Brew blends Premium True Cinnamon flakes with Premium Ceylon Tea, straight from the origin, into a smooth, warming cup with a naturally balanced flavour and golden depth. The same blend as our loose-leaf tin, in a larger pack to refill it. Seal-packed to lock in freshness.
Serving: 1½ teaspoons (3.5g) per cup
How to brew: Steep in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then strain. Add milk if you like.

Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried and flaked, then airfreighted to Melbourne, where every order is hand-packed. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
