🌿 Our Sourcing Story Hand-peeled on our 101-year family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Ceylon Cinnamon is sun-dried, then airfreighted to Australia. Fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, also called True Cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
